80 Ball Bingo Rules

80 Ball Bingo is a fairly modern version of the great game and is played mainly online!

80 Ball Bingo

80 ball bingo is the latest edition to the increasingly varied online bingo phenomenon. Like its 90 ball and 75 ball cousins, 80 ball bingo offers all the excitement you would expect from a cutting edge bingo game.

80 ball bingo is played on a 4×4 game card, or tickets (see below). Each ticket is arranged in four rows and four columns, and each column has a different colour: red, yellow, blue or silver. These numbers are then split into four groups of separate colours as follows:

  • Numbers: 1-20 – red
  • Numbers: 21-40 – yellow
  • Numbers: 41-59 – blue
  • Numbers: 60-80 – silver

When the numbers are called, the corresponding numbers are shaded on the online bingo tickets.

80 ball bingo is a nice compromise between its older siblings, 75 Ball Bingo and 90 Ball Bingo, 80 ball bingo also has an exciting variety of game patterns. Patterns may vary for 80 ball bingo, and usually include the classic 80 Full Card (similar to 75 Ball Bingo’s Blackout or 90 Ball Bingo’s Full House), but other patterns include Diagonal Line, Horizontal Line, Vertical Line, Big X, Four Corners, and Centre Square.
